Our program is excited to introduce Arise Properties!

Each 2-3 bedroom, 2+ bath home will be rented to those who are in active recovery (1.5+ years) but no longer desire to reside in a sober living atmosphere. A successful background check of a current sober living residence and a signed lease agreement will be mandatory. We will not be screening our applicants as we have created this opportunity to encourage you to Arise! To build up your credit/background and all the while gain excellent renters history.

 

Arise homes are for those serious about regaining their lives in a serene atmosphere, without the strain financially as our homes will be cost friendly. We desire to see you become the best version of yourself! 

 

One individual per bedroom, so no more than two to three individuals onsite depending on which 2-3 bedroom home is chosen. Couple housing will not be offered, and in addition nor will any intimate relationships. Our purpose and goal with Arise is to allow you more space to create and focus, on you! Sober living's are a blessing and provide the camaraderie, discipline and encouragement that is definitely needed however, they're not forever.

Full reference checks will be completed as well as quarterly home visits to ensure the property is being well taken care of. Responsibility begins with each one of us and we’re here to encourage you along your life’s path.
